AFRIREG designed a custom guest registration journey that connected invitation control, participant travel information, event attendance choices, guest communication and onsite readiness for the Ford Skills Contest 2026.
The event included several connected moments and different requirements for participants and invited attendees. AFRIREG created separate digital journeys so every guest saw the questions, attendance choices and operational information relevant to their role.
Approved invitation records, custom RSVP logic, communication fields, travel requirements and onsite guest information were structured as one connected system. This gave the project team a reliable foundation for confirmations, reminders, transport details and live registration.
